Sony: Home Definitely Coming Out This Year

Keeping with recent announcements of firmware redesign release dates (see how nicely that worked out), Martijn Van der Meulen, who is a producer on Sony’s long delayed Home project, ensured IGN during the Games Convention that Home will be releasing this year. Said IGN writer Ryan Clements:
Van der Meulen told me (without hesitation) that it is a 100 percent guarantee that Home will be released by the end of this calendar year. He has absolutely no doubt that this will be the case, so it looks like the long wait to come Home is finally reaching its conclusion.
That sounds pretty sealing. Don’t blame me if Home does get delayed though; I’m just the messenger.
